Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances:

-The item has been purchased on the British Gift Shop Website

-The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

-The item is carefully packed to avoid damage in transit

You can return your product for a different product, store credit or a full refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund, the refund will be made on to the original payment method.

At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. To request a return, please contact us by email on hello@crushuk.com and we would be happy to assist you. If the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

We take great care to ensure that your items arrive in their perfect original condition, however in the rare occasion that your items arrived damaged or with a fault, please contact us by email: hello@crushuk.com and one of our representatives will help your straight away. We will endeavour to replace the items for you. If that is not possible or the items are no longer available, then a full refund will be offered. We do apologize in advance if you receive a damaged item, but our team will do their best to rectify the situation! This does not include damage or faults caused by misuse of failing to follow the correct instructions.
